I am providing a link to a TED presentation that touches on the concept of building a business model through cooperation and collaboration versus the concept of building a model that is driven by "traditional institutional imperatives".  While this presentation has very little content relating to health care, the PWAP concept is woven throughout the lecture.  (By the way, TED presentations are usually no longer than about 20 minutes in length.)
