Restoration Programs

Restoration programs are home, inpatient, and outpatient options for individuals who have a diagnosis that requires treatment by a health professional or a team of professionals. These programs are often specific in nature, have particular goals and expected outcomes, and are often overseen by either a general practitioner or a specialist within a particular discipline of medicine. In an institutional setting, treatment is usually provided by an interdisciplinary team that collectively becomes responsible for an individual’s care.

Restoration programs sometimes are paid by the individual, but they often involve third party reimbursement from sources such as an insurance company or a government program. Care is usually provided individually, but many times involves the support of a caregiver. Select an individual program for additional details.
